Return Policy

Clients wishing to return an item must call Keeton Industries to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. Some items cannot be returned, such as consumable products. Special order items are not returnable. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. Clients are responsible for Shipping & Handling for returned items. Items that qualify for return may be refunded as long as they have not been opened, used or otherwise damaged by the customers. Defective items will be replaced with same type of product.
